The Nature vs. Nurture debate has raged on as long as I can remember.
On their own, they each possess their respective set of potential benefits. In my opinion, Nature affords you a higher floor from which to begin. On the other hand, Nurture raises your ceiling.
I believe that the marriage of Nature AND Nurture leads to great things. Together, they can be truly transformational. Anybody can be great — sometimes, we just need a little guidance.
That principle is what I kept in mind while writing The Fast Forward Mindset. It also guides my desire to empower entrepreneurs to be Fearless, Focused, and the best versions of themselves.
