How do we foster a better culture of diversity and inclusion within the legal tech community?

Every two years, Attorneys in NYC need to complete four credits each on ethics and professionalism.

This can include courses on lack of representation, workplace harassment, barriers to hiring, low retention, lack of professional development and promotion, and other such issues.

The idea is to eliminate bias against underrepresented groups within the legal industry. Thus, courses can focus on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, disability, and other bases for discrimination.
